Mrs. Adebiyi-Abiola is the founder of Wecyclers, a for- profit social enterprise that promotes environmental sustainability by motivating families to recycle through a technologically driven incentive programme that awards points for consistent recycling. Wecyclers, in partnership with Lagos State, has registered over 23,000 households and diverted over 13,000 metric tons of recyclable materials from landfills and has created over 200 jobs.

She was also a member of the pioneer Board of Trustees of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and has worked in various capacities with international organizations including IBM USA, as a Software Engineer.

She is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Heineken Africa Foundation.

Bilikiss joined the Public Service as the General Manager of the Lagos State Parks and Gardens
Agency (LASPARK) in 2017. In 2019, she was deployed to the Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau ( LASRAB) as the Director General, where she served before she was appointed again and redeployed on September 15th, 2023 to take over from Engr. Ibilola Kasunmu, who was the General Manager, Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA ) before she was appointed as a Permanent Secretary in 2022 and deployed to the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology.

Mrs. Adebiyi-Abiola is expected to bring her wealth of knowledge and experience to further place the Agency, LASRRA on another higher level.

An indigene of Lagos State, Bilikiss completed her MBA at the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

In addition, she holds a Master of Science (MSc.) in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and a BSc. in Computer Science from Fisk University. She is a Carroll Wilson Fellow, an Echoing Green Fellow, a 2013 recipient of the Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards and a 2021 recipient of the City University of New York Public Health Champion Award.
She also published a patent during her time as a Software Engineer with IBM.

Engr. (Mrs.) Farotimi, Christianah Sonayon

Deputy Director

Joined the Lagos State Civil Service as one of the pioneer staff in Electrical Engineer (Computer) now Computer Engineering cadre at the commencement of the Global Computerization Project in December 2000.

Mrs. Senayon has served in various capacities in the Ministry of Science and Technology for more than 20 years. She worked with the team that deployed Network Infrastructures across Lagos State. These include: the Lagos State General Hospitals, the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) as well as the creation of ICT Laboratories in Lagos State Public Secondary Schools.

She was the Head, Engineering & Infrastructure department in the Ministry before she was deployed to LASRRA in October 2021 to Head Information Management & Data Processing Department (IM&DP).

A Corporate member (MNSE) of both Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Christianah Sonayon is a good team player and She is happily married.

DIRECTOR, PUBLIC AFFAIRS UNIT

Mrs. Lawal, Basirat is the Director, Public Affairs is from Lagos Island. She had her primary education at Our Lady of Lourdes School, Clegg Street, Surulere after which she proceeded to Ansar-ud-Deen High School, Falolu then Ansar-ud-Deen College, Isolo where she obtained her West African School Certificate and Higher School Certificate respectively. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Lagos. Her quest for knowledge made her proceed to the same University, where she obtained a master’s degrees in English as well as Public Administration (MPA).

She joined the Lagos State Civil Service in 2000 and was deployed to the Lagos State Hospitals Management Board (LSHMB) now Health Service Commission (HSC). Basirat had worked in different MDAs, her last post before Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA) was the Lagos State Pension Commission (LASPEC).

Mrs. Badmus Modupe Sherifat

Mrs. Badmus Modupe Sherifat was born on the 18th of July.
She is a Deputy Director, Admin and Human Resource. She holds a Bachelor of Arts ( B.A) Hons in Religious Studies and PGD in Public Administration from the Lagos State University (LASU) and Administrative Staff College of Nigeria ( ASCON) respectively. She has worked in various capacities related to the Admin Cadre. These include; Ministry of Works, Economic Planning and Budget, Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs etc. Her last posting prior to her deployment to LASRRA was in the Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation ( WAPA).
She is happily married

TALABI, OLUBUKOLA SERIFAT

Head, Procurement Unit

Mrs. Talabi, Olubukola Serifat is a native of Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. She joined the Lagos State Public Service in 2001 as Accountant 1 on Grade Level 09. She later re-designated to Procurement Cadre in May 2012 as an Assistant Chief Procurement Officer, after having served in different capacities in various MDAs which include Health Service Commission, Teachers’ Establishments and Pension Office, State Treasury Office, Office of the Head of Service, Public Service Office, Ministry of Health, Lagos Waste Management Authority, Office of Auditor General For Local Government etc. She was deployed to LASRRA as Head, Procurement Unit in March 2019. Olubukola attended Ijebu Mushin College, Ijebu-Ode then proceeded to the Polytechnic Ibadan for her Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and then bagged a degree in Accounting at Ogun State University, now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye.

BUSURAT OLUWAKEMI ABUDU

Miss. Busurat Oluwakemi Abudu was born on 29th October, 1974 to the family of Mr and Mrs Ayodele Abudu.
She obtained First School leaving Certificate from New Tripoli College, Libya in 1984 and proceeded to Federal Government Girls College, New Bussa in then Kwara State, for Secondary School Education which she completed in 1991.
Furthermore, she obtained her B.sc (Mathematics/Statistics) from the University of Lagos in 1998 and Masters of Public Administration in 2005 from Lagos State University. tyle=”text-align: justify;”> She started her career with the Lagos State Public Service on 5th October, 1999 as Statistician II in the Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget. She has also served in various MDAs as Head of Planning Unit and presently, a Deputy Director (Statistics).Her last posting prior to her deployment to Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA)in February, 2025 was Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK).

She hails from Ogun State and she is happily married.

TOLULOPE OYINLOLA SAVAGE

Tolulope Oyinlola Savage is a Legal practitioner with over fifteen years of experience in the field.

Born on March 11, 1980 into the family of Ven. and Mrs. Onasanya of Ijebu-Igbo in Ogun State.

She attended Ogun State University Staff Primary School, Ago- 1woye and Federal Government Girls College, Sagamu, both in Ogun State.

She obtained a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from the Ogun State University, Ago- Iwoye, Ogun State in 2003 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in October 2004. She had her National Youth Service Corps in Bayelsa State where she served in the Ministry of Justice, Yenagoa.

She was employed by the Lagos State Government in August 2009 and has worked in various Ministries and Department. She currently works in the Ministry of Science and Technology, and also holds the position of a Head of the Legal Unit  in Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA).

She is fluent in both English and Yoruba, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possesses excellent presentation and communication skills.

Tolulope Oyinlola Savage brings her wealth of experience, legal expertise, and  strong dedication to achieving positive outcomes in whatever responsibility she is assigned.

She is a good team player and very passionate about her profession.

MRS ILORI OLUWATOMISIN TOLA

Head, Internal Audit Unit.

Mrs. Ilori Oluwatomisin Tola was born on 25th April to the family of Mr & Mrs Akinola of Epe Division of Lagos State, she joined the Lagos State Public Service in 2018 as an Auditor and was posted to General Hospital, Ifako-Ijaiye, then Orile-Agege General Hospital then later posted to Lagos State Agricultural Input Supply Authority (LAISA) where she served for some years before deployed to LASRRA in April, 2025.
Oluwatomisin obtained her first school certificate from Serah Nursery & Primary School, Old Oko-Oba, Agege and Secondary school certificate of education (SSCE) from Vetland Grammar School, Oko-Oba, Agege in 2001. She also attended Moshood Abiola Polyethnic where she obtained OND in Accounting.
She proceeded to the Lagos State University, Ojo Campus where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting. A Chatered Accountant and a Member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).
She is happily married

MRS LAWAL, BOLANLE

Deputy Director, Head of Registration

Mrs. Lawal, Bolanle is a Deputy Director, Admin./Human Resource in the Lagos State Public Service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in (English), Master of Public Administration (MPA) and also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

She joined the Lagos State Public Service in Year 2000 and has worked in various MDAs i.e Ministry of the Environment & Physical Planning, Ministry of Physical Planning & Urban Development, Ministry of Economic Planning & Budget, Public Service Office, Lagos State Parks & Gardens Agency etc.

Her last posting prior to her deployment to Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA) was in the Ministry of Waterfront Infrastructure Development.

She is happily married.

 

ADEYEMI, WASIU O.

Head, Account Department

Mr Adeyemi, Wasiu Olajide is a Deputy Director and the Head of Accounts Department. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting. He joined the Lagos State Public Service in 2001 and was deployed to Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) from where he was redeployed to the Lagos State Lotteries Board before he was posted to LASRRA in 2016. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
