About LASRRA

The need to integrate the residents of Lagos state into e-government initiatives to enable the services provided by government to be fully utilized and also provide an accurate picture for government policy and planning was the brain behind the creation of LASRRA.

The Lagos State Residents Registration Agency Bill was passed and signed into law on the 27th of June 2011.

Mrs. Adebiyi-Abiola Bilikiss’ General Manager, LASRRA

Mrs. Adebiyi-Abiola is the founder of Wecyclers, a for- profit social enterprise that promotes environmental sustainability by motivating families to recycle through a technologically driven incentive programme that awards points for consistent recycling. Wecyclers, in partnership with Lagos State, has registered over 23,000 households and diverted over 13,000 metric tons of recyclable materials from landfills and has created over 200 jobs.
